By using this website you accept these terms. If you engage us for paid work, these terms apply alongside the specific proposal, quote or statement of work we agree with you — and where that document conflicts with this page, that document wins.

Content on this site is for general information. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and we may change it at any time without notice.
We provide web and AI development services, including websites, mobile and web applications, UI/UX design, SEO, chatbots, retrieval-augmented knowledge systems and automation. Work is delivered on a project or retainer basis.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. A contract begins only when we both agree a written scope and you approve it.
Projects need input from you. You agree to provide content, access, approvals and feedback within a reasonable time, and to hold the necessary rights to any material you give us. Timelines assume that cooperation; delays on your side move delivery dates accordingly.
Each project includes the revision rounds stated in its scope document. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it. We will not begin additional billable work without your written approval.
Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of anything pre-existing we brought to it — our own code, libraries, tools and frameworks — and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use those components as part of your deliverables.
Third-party open-source components stay under their own licences. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may name you as a client and show the public-facing result in our portfolio.
Each of us agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the project. We will not disclose your business information, code or project details without your permission. This obligation continues after the project ends.
We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care, and we will fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge.
Beyond that, the website and our services are provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any particular business outcome — including search rankings, traffic, conversions or revenue. We are not responsible for third-party platforms we do not control, or for changes they make to their pricing, APIs or policies.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim relates to.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Either of us may end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, and for third-party costs already committed. We may suspend work on overdue invoices after giving you notice.
On termination we will hand over completed, paid-for deliverables. Sections on intellectual property, confidentiality and liability survive.

We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date above. The version in force when we agree a project governs that project — later changes do not apply retroactively to work already scoped.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before formal proceedings, we both agree to try to resolve any dispute in good faith by discussion for 30 days.
If that fails, the dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Hyderabad, Telangana, conducted in English. Subject to that, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
