What each option does

Unsubscribe — takes effect immediately. We keep a record that you unsubscribed, so we do not accidentally email you again later.
Erase my data — we delete your inquiry records and your newsletter entry, and confirm by email within 30 days. This spans our database, our mail provider and our inbox, so it is handled by a person rather than instantly.

Your other rights

You can also ask us what data we hold, correct it, or nominate someone to act for you. Email privacy@nyatva.com — that reaches our Grievance Officer, Gadde Arvind, directly. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

For your protection we return the same confirmation whether or not an address is in our records, so this page cannot be used to check who is subscribed.
